What an honor, my big sister Sandy’s granddaughter, Lily. I know she was watching over us that day. I felt her presence every moment. I felt her love and her pride. I felt it in my heart and in every click of my camera. I felt it my niece, Lisa as she stood on the sidelines, her smile frozen on her face. And then, like always, cool, calm, collected Lily. Talented Lily, with her 7 different musical instruments. Cool and funny and silly and smart, kind Lily.
We traveled Indiana to take her SENIOR PICTURES . Weekend adventure, well, of course! So I mentioned that she plays some musical instruments, right? Take a look at these! We loved moving from location to location featuring some of her beautiful instruments, many of them antiques from Italy that her grandfather gifted her. We walked around the cutest little town of Franklin and found all kinds of colors, textures, art and murals to use in her photos.
Yes, I think Sandy would be proud. God Bless you, Lily. We’re glad you were a fall session because if you had waited until spring, we may not have been able to travel!
(eta) Lily is a freshman at Indiana University and facing the 2020 pandemic with grace as she faces all of life’s difficulties.
