Storybooks = Have it All at Grapevine Senior Pictures

We love a good story. We tell tell a pretty good story. With our cameras, so we’ve been told. And to us that means a putting together a storybook. Let me explain.

We begin every senior session with the end in mind. Enter said storybook. A way for our seniors and their parents to “Have it All”.  A keepsake that 99% of Toni Burks Seniors choose to take home with them at the end of their Senior Portrait Experience. A living breathing start to finish picture book of who you are today at this moment in time in living spectacular color looking cooler and more beautiful than you ever thought you could! It’s a must have, y’all. It sums up you!

And the one most common comment we hear from past seniors is how much they still savor thumbing through their book even years after high school graduation.

On session day, we plan our shots for the book. Some shots work best in a book because they only tell a part of the story and are there for support only. They leave you with questions that can only be answered by the next picture. Some shots are meant to be splashed across two pages for 24 inches of impact!

Each book has a flow and a theme as it winds around the locations that we visit. In other words, we don’t just plop your pictures into a cookie cutter book template. We treat each hand crafted design as an extension of you. Individual, cherished, remembered.

At Toni Burks Photography (TBP) we offer books in 3 sizes and styles. We invite you to come in and take a look at these beauties and feel the exquisite paper and velvet touch covers.

The other day I saw Roger looking through Maggie’s senior book. (Class of 2014) and it inspired me to look back at some of the books that we’ve saved as samples over the ten years of TBP. I took out the camera to show them some love and also snuck in a few of Rog getting nostalgic.

I’ve included a gallery of some of my favorite storybook photos from the ten years of TBP files:
