Our first Senior of 2020

At Toni Burks Photography, Our early fall always consists of a full schedule of marching band photos so when it’s time to take our first senior photos we’re always excited and more than ready to go one on one. And we couldn’t have been more eager than to have Joey as our very first 2020 senior of the year. We know him from our work with the Carroll Dragon Band and for the last 4 years has always greeted us with kindness and smiles. His enthusiasm for life and band and friendship is truly second to none. We LOVE this guy!

Joey chose Southlake as his primary location, having grown up close to Town Square and spending so much time there in his childhood but we started his session in studio to grab some images of his tuba and dressed in his suit. From there we headed out and had fun walking around and just enjoying a very warm September evening. We even had a visit from a very special friend. Extra points if you find the picture with the friend! :))

Because Joey has so many memories of water vacations and loves the beach, we ended his session at Lake Grapevine where he had fun splashing in the water and hanging out on the docks.
